Okay I am seriously sick of rain! Yesterday was like the first day in four weeks that we saw sunshine. Here is what we are dealing with in Oahu:
Issued at: 3:04 PM HST 3/21/06, expires at: 4:15 AM HST 3/22/06
Flash Flood Watch now in effect through late Thursday night,
The flash flood watch is now in effect for
All islands.
Through late Thursday night
A kona low northwest of will produce heavy rain over the islands for
the next few days. In many areas, The Ground Is still saturated from
recent heavy rains, And It Will not take a lot of rain to cause flash
flooding.
People on all islands should be prepared for flash flooding, but the
risk will be greatest on kauai and oahu. These islands are closest to the
kona low and the ground remains saturated from the heavy rain of the
past few weeks.
Prepare now for the possibility of flash flooding in your area. Find
out if you are located below a dam or slope that could give way.
Take quick action if a warning is issued or you observe heavy rain
Nice.

I read, "106 inches (almost 9 feet) of rain in Hawaii -- in 3 weeks." and that was a couple of days ago. Time to break out the inflatable furniture.
